Hi there! I’m Trinity, the face behind Emerald Event Planning. I started my business in February of 2024, after helping a family member put together their baby shower. I started to think about how I could help other people with my passion for planning — then came Emerald Event Planning!

In addition to planning, I also have a love for designing. I enjoy doing things that allow me to get creative, especially when it comes to old things that I can make new again. I have fueled this passion for years by thrifting. I just can’t help myself when it comes to a thrift store full of one-of-a-kind pieces that no one else has. I carry over this philosophy when it comes to designing all of my weddings and events. Nothing says unforgettable like an event decorated by an antique-lover!

Why the name “Emerald”?

It shouldn’t be very hard to guess that my favorite color is GREEN! In addition to emerald green being a color that I love, I also have a love for emerald cut diamonds. What more perfect of a name for a wedding and event planning business than that of one relating to a diamond!

  • Although commonly referred to as "Day-Of Coordination”, our coordination services require some preparation before the actual day of your wedding. In order to properly execute your wedding day, we begin our process roughly 60 days beforehand. It would be more appropriate to refer to us as "Month-Of" Coordinators.

  • Our pricing is primarily dependent on the number of guests that will be attending your wedding. This number is very important, as it helps us determine the amount of staff needed to pull your day together.

  • Not at all! It is most likely that the coordinator provided by your venue is their Venue Coordinator. The Venue Coordinator tends to the venue, while we, as your Wedding Coordinators, tend to you.

  • Yes! Our emergency kit is accessible to our wedding clients and their guests throughout the entire day. It is equipped with a variety of items that may prove useful to our team and yours!
